TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

To purchase tickets for and attend DoggyWeekend Manchester you must agree to be bound by these conditions of membership and sale.

DoggyWeekend Manchester is an event organised by Big Red Bone Ltd (referred to in this document as “the Organisers”). Your tickets are provided through the Tito platform.

2. Age and Entry Requirements

All attendees must be 18 or over on the first day of the event. If an attendee cannot prove beyond doubt at the venue they meet this minimum age, they will not be granted entry and no refunds, full or partial, will be issued.

Valid, physical, in-date, photo ID must be presented upon arriving at the event. Failing to provide this at registration pick-up will mean you will be refused entry.

Our venues reserve the right to require attendees to present their legal ID at their discretion. For this reason you should keep it on you.

If you are visibly intoxicated you may be turned away from our venues.

3. Tickets, Registration and Membership

Your DoggyWeekend Manchester tickets must be assigned to a specific named individual as soon as possible after purchase. If you do not assign your tickets, the Organisers will reach out via email to remind you to do so. If after the deadline in your email you still have not assigned your tickets, they will be cancelled and refunded.

DoggyWeekend Manchester operates as a private members club for the purposes of event participation and administration. All registrations made through our system are reviewed by the Organisers manually. Membership of DoggyWeekend Manchester is included as part of every registration, beginning on the date that your registration is fully paid, and ending on the 31st March the following calendar year. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse your registration for any reason after you have purchased a ticket. In these circumstances, you will be fully refunded for the price of the ticket.

At registration you will be issued a convention badge and wristband. Your convention badge and wristband represent your ticket and are needed for entry to all DoggyWeekend Manchester events. Your convention badge and wristband must be visible at all times whilst you are attending any DoggyWeekend Manchester event. In the event of loss, you must contact DoggyWeekend Manchester staff as soon as possible.

Attendees acknowledge that they must attend on-site registration to have their ID checked and get their convention badge and wristband, and that they cannot attend any DoggyWeekend Manchester event until they have collected these items.

Your badge and wristband remain the property of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to require their return at any time in the event of a breach of the Code of Conduct or for any other reason determined by the Organisers.

Attendees may not sell, transfer, or share their convention badges or wristbands. Attendees found wearing falsified convention badges and/or sharing or swapping convention badges/wristbands shall be required to leave, and will be banned from all future events.

Tickets remain the property of the Organisers and are personal to the named attendee. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or cancel, any ticket that is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, resold in breach of these terms, or otherwise obtained or used unlawfully or without authorisation. Where entry is refused or a ticket is cancelled in accordance with this clause, no refund will be issued except at the discretion of the Organisers.

4. Liability and Risk

The Organisers are not liable or responsible for any items of personal property left in event spaces. You acknowledge that any item you leave in these spaces is at your own risk.

Attendees agree that their travel to and attendance at DoggyWeekend Manchester is at their own risk and not the responsibility of the Organisers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with attendance at the event. The Organisers’ total liability to any attendee shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Force Majeure

The Organisers regret that they are unable to offer ticket exchanges, transfers, or refunds, except in very exceptional circumstances at their discretion.

Neither the Organisers nor any venue hosting DoggyWeekend Manchester shall be liable for events beyond their reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, government action, war, or terrorism) that make it unlawful or impossible to hold the event. In such circumstances, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel any or all events without notice. Where an event is cancelled due to such circumstances, refunds will be issued where possible, at the discretion of the Organisers.

The Organisers reserve the right of admission and entry to the event. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel your registration or refuse access to any DoggyWeekend Manchester event or activity. If the Organisers cancel your registration, refunds will only be offered at their discretion.

The Organisers strive to ensure the correctness of our website, ticket description, and event listings. However, this cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or move any activity or listed element of the tickets.

6. Data Collection

By purchasing DoggyWeekend Manchester tickets, you give your consent to the Organisers to collect and store certain information about yourself (such as name, picture, date of birth, address) for the purposes of identity verification and event administration. This information will be removed when no longer necessary, but may be retained for a maximum of six years.

7. Conduct and Venue Rules

Attendees must comply with all reasonable requests and instructions issued by the Organisers, event staff, volunteers, venue staff, and hotel staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund and/or revocation of membership and future attendance rights. Attendees will observe the rules, policies and procedures of the event venues in relation to health and safety.

Attendees will behave in a respectful and appropriate way that does not breach any laws or regulations, and not risk bringing the event or the Organisers into disrepute.

Attendees who are not Event Sponsors or registered Dealers are not permitted to conduct business (e.g. selling commissions, artworks, or products) within the event venues. Participants observed conducting business will be asked to stop and may be ejected from the event.

Attendees will ensure they have appropriate and adequate insurance for their own requirements, including personal accident and travel insurance, prior to attending.

Attendees will, if appropriate, ensure they have all necessary documentation, including but not limited to visas and other entry permits into the country where the event is held, and that they comply with all health formalities and any applicable laws.

8. Accessibility

Attendees requiring accessibility assistance or with specific access needs should contact the Organisers in advance of the event. While the Organisers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements, access may be subject to the facilities and limitations of the venues.

9. Photography, Filming and Media

By registering for this event, you consent to photography and filming taking place and to your image and likeness being used. You will not be entitled to compensation or require further approval for such use. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken at a specific event please notify the event photographer at the time who will take reasonable steps to comply with your request, but note we cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd or background shots.

The Organisers reserve the right to use images and videos recorded at the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, print material, publicity, general display or advertising. This includes but is not limited to publication on social media, websites and promotional items.

Attendees of DoggyWeekend Manchester may not use photographic, filming, sound recording or broadcasting equipment for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Organisers. For this agreement, “commercial purposes” includes, but is not limited to, press activities; any monetised or amateur social media channels (such as Instagram and YouTube); print or online publications; and any other activity that the Organisers reasonably considers commercial.

A person may be refused entry to, or removed from, DoggyWeekend Manchester if they possess equipment capable of taking photographs, filming, recording audio, or broadcasting in circumstances where the Organisers reasonably believes it may be used for commercial purposes, or if they use such equipment to capture or share any activity within DoggyWeekend Manchester for commercial purposes.

Anyone attempting to use such devices for commercial purposes may be removed from DoggyWeekend Manchester.

10. Personal Property and Merchandise

Exclusive DoggyWeekend Manchester items (such as T-Shirt and bandanas) listed as ticket perks are provided in recognition of your support for the event. While we endeavour to supply all listed items, they may be changed or withdrawn if necessary. If a fault arises with an item, the Organisers will replace the item only while stocks last, unless responsibility is accepted by the supplier. Replacements will not be provided for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

11. Entire Agreement and Statutory Rights

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and the Organisers in relation to attendance at DoggyWeekend Manchester and supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. The attendee acknowledges that they have not relied on any statement or representation not expressly set out in these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

In all cases of dispute between an attendee and the Organisers, the Organisers decision will be deemed final. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments and Severability
